Zella Ippaira

Zella Ippaira is the owner of Excellent Greens, a large food market located at Market Square in Nedev.
Zella is known as a shrewd business woman, and at one time was head of the Merchant's Guild. She is often consulted by other merchant's regarding matters of commerce and profit. She has no tolerance at all for thieves and urchins, although she often donates food that she can not get a good price for to the poor.
