Elderly, but still of sound mind and forceful gaze, Lord Zazar Nocroth is the founder and ruler of Nedev. He is hardworking, affable and well-liked within the town for his solid leadership. Not afraid of getting his hands dirty, in days past he would often be found working alongside of his men to construct the towns fortifications and roads, but now with his advanced age, he is mostly seen supervising and consulting with the townsfolk.
