Gravus Radipad the IV

Baron Gravus Radipad the Fourth, is the ruler of Scohwich. He is considered one of the the more hawkish of the Empire of Kyrnia's many nobles.  He is constantly training his troops, and demanding high levels of training from all his vassals and their militias.
