One of the top magic universities in the world, and arguably the oldest. This institution in Bhunyar, along with much of the rest of the city, was founded by a clan of giants called the Severed Stones. This school is primarily a wizard's institution, but has outreach programs to other kinds of spellcasters so that they can be licensed by The Council of Nine to practice magic for professional or personal use.
