Village of Snowbirds
The southernmost village of the The Iceview Chiefdom Chiefdom. The denizens of the Snowbird village share afew particular traits: one their hair is either black or grey, two they are leaner and less assuming then the other Iceview citizens and three they do not immediately grab weapons when they fight, as a matter of fact they don't really have too many weapons because they are mostly trained as in the ways of monks and the unarmed strike( Astral Self, Cobalt Soul or Open Hand)
