The southernmost city in the world just north of the The Iceflow, just East of The Gant's Cap and west of Lupa's Teeth and the The Bleak Tundra. Made of four locations Iceview, The Village of Bears,The Village of Snowbirds and The Village of Wolves

Government
The Chiefdom of Iceview, Each village has two ranking titles in the government: The Chief, selected by the Magnar, who runs day to day operations in the village and the Thane who serves as the head of the village's Organized Defense Force. Normally the Village Chief is also the Village Thane as the Thane is the strongest perosn in the village and that person is normally selected by the Magnar to be the Thane. Iceview does not have a Chief the Magnar serves as The Chief of Iceview, however the Magnar has the choice to select another person to serve as Thane of The Dogs, The Iceview Defense Force.
