Iceview

The capital of the Iceview Chiefdom home of the Magnar Tomira Ghostfist Daughter of Alaina this village is the most "civilized" place in the chiefdom. Originally a fallback location for the other villages this location has developed into a true city now houses more of the states poplace than the other locations combined. It also serves as seat for the The Church of the Gallow's Beast .
