Occusu
The toubewa of Occusu is a fairly new creation in Ritilian history. In 1364 LE, Vonuscidus Edopus accepted the fealty of the Rënzhëksirn kobolds in exchange for offering them protection against monsters roaming out of the Cumbu Mountains. For thirty years, little was done beyond a minor garrison encamped in the woods.
In 1397 LE, however, Edopus ordered a fortress be built near the mountains. He created a new toubewa and appointed Batera Aquela Ettomep the Awatcova of the new region, which was named Occusu, meaning, "Valley of Dragons," in recognition of the kobold inhabitants.
