The Grotto
A small shop owned by a friendly merdog named Bubbles, specializing in all manner of trinkets and oddities that he salvages from the ocean floor. You can usually find assorted shells, odd metal scraps, nice rocks, and occasionally pearls or interesting plastic pieces.
The shop doesn't tend to open or close at specific times of the day, or even on specific days, and Bubbles is frequently out hunting for treasures. Often, Ginger Tabby, one of the local kittens will run the shop for Bubbles.
Architecture
A large, sturdy shack at the high tide line that appears to be constructed out of driftwood. The entrance is decorated with shells and "The Grotto" is crudely carved into the door, which has a small hanging driftwood sign reading "Open" or "Closed."
Inside, a large metal basket is filled with odd metal pieces. Some shelving made of driftwood holds collections of polished rocks, glass, shells and plastic.
