Bubbles

A friendly but absent minded merdog, he enjoys exploring the ocean floor for treasures, which he displays in his shop. Awkward on land, he usually enters and leaves his shop at high tide.
He loves to chat with land dwellers and will tell them all about his adventures. He especially loves his "kitties", and many of the kittens of the slums help him run his shop.
