Pressing and storage facilities for olive oil and related products. Houses its own kilns and potters for amphorae production, and carpenters for wagon repair.
Jointly founded by the Beauceron, Barbeta and Neapolitan Mastiff families, and now processes olive crops for numerous smaller farms as well.
