Dominions
Purpose
The dominions, or Lords, were created to oversee the work fo the lower angels in the second sphere of angels, much like the Archangels were created to do for the third sphere. Also like the Archangels, they are the only angels of their sphere permitted direct access to God.
Basic Information
Anatomy
As angels, the Dominions are beings of energy and have no true physical form. Instead, they take on forms as needed, which is rare as they almost never visit Earth.
Genetics and Reproduction
As angels, the Dominions cannot reproduce and also rarely engage in pleasure-seeking activities. Though they are similar to Archangels in function, they do not reproduce as the Archangels can.
Dietary Needs and Habits
The Dominions prefer to remain in Heaven where their energy needs are always met.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Dominions can control and manipulate energies and others' perceptions. This is done to communicate with and control the angels Dominions oversee, and if witnessed by mortals it is known to cause madness.

Gender Ideals
Dominions do not bother with gender at any time.

Angels, by nature, know and understand all spoken and written languages on Earth.
Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
In the rare instance when the Dominions do visit Earth, those who see and interact with their energies are often terrified into madness by their power.
