Vilo Accords

A mysterious set of rules discovered by Allen Syldan (u/sleepincar339) in the code of the intranet on a slow day working at Emrik & Brylin Communications.
It refers to "Agents" in its texts, though doesn't link to any known agencies.

Hear me and obey, o agent of mine.
Thou shall not directly intervene in mortal matters.
Thou shall conceal your true nature, unless the revelation is necessary for the safety of the realm. Thou will know if this is so.
If it becomes necessary that thou experiences the overwhelming urge to assist a realm, thou art to choose a vector that benefits the realm.

Breaking any of these tenets shall result in banishment from the realms.
