Psionic Corps

Presumably an arm of DOER, the PsiCorps is distinctly a military application of theoretical psionics. They created and actively maintain the International Psionics Registry, but have disseminated rumors of its falseness, the creation of some conspiracy nutjobs. Secretly, this list is used in scouting for potential members of their corps.
