Lorene Callan
Born, and apparently raised in the Cobalt Syndicate, this creature bears the hallmarks of a sinumfolk, but doesn't look like any known 'stocks'. During Imp 719's investigation of the Syndicate, she has demonstrated an ability with pyrokinesis/fire magic. She seems to have been in the junkyard for her entire life, as she doesn't understand concepts such as traffic, or shopping, but remarkably she does seem to know what a job is- evidence, perhaps, that her keepers haven't let her coast by.
