Waverunner

The Waverunner is a class of naval vessel, extremely long and slender and built for maritime warfare. Two masts of double sails complement its oar rows and a sharp ram affords it destructive power in combat. However, its shape make it susceptible to heavy weather and thereby limits its efficacy in the absence of nearby safe harbors.
The design of the Waverunner stems back to the dwarves of The Porcupine, but the War of the Sisters also brought it to other civilizations, including the Kingdom of Labar (now Labarean Empire) and the Kingdom of Laeryll. Among the latter, especially the shipwrights of Nossed were proficient in constructing Waverunners.
