Nossed

Nossed is a port town in Silimanis and is currently under Labarean control. It was founded as a fishing settlement by elves in centuries before the Kingdom of Laeryll and only became a key trading hub once humans settled in the area as a consequence of the Treaty of Guharr and Labarean demand for goods from The Porcupine increased. Nossed is still mostly populated by humans, despite its annexation by the gnomes after the Invasion of Silimanis.

Government

The Watchful Eye of Silimanis has appointed a mayor who, together with officials from the Armed Forces of the Labarean Empire, command the city. This council has the right to levy taxes and draft policy, but remains under control of the Watchful Eye.
