Illitran Varalei (336 LC --present) is a high elf from the House Varalei, who was Province Keeper of the Small Provinces from 759 LC to 903 LC, based in Potthyr. He is currently a trade administrator in Shyfayll, where he was discreetly sent as a consequence of his involvement in a conspiracy against King Olyxx III
Illitran Varalei enjoys the good things in life, which are mostly edible in his perspective. As a consequence, he is rather fat and mostly talks about wines, pastries and exclusive dishes. He has a materialist outlook on life and has spent most of his years gathering wealth, which he tends to brag about quite often, especially if meeting attractive women.
Illitran is convinced that the time has come to reconquer Silimanis, connecting the Nossed harbor to the Small Provinces again. While he has a habit of mentioning the Labarean destruction of holy sites and the [Labarean Invasion of Zhai to make his case, his motivations (and those of the House Varelei) are mostly the economic opportunities that such a reconquest would bring.
