Esmerelda Helbruk (née Westinghouse) is the wife of the warrior-sorcerer Fronz Helbruk, a member of The Midnight Suns.  She is a powerful draconic sorceress in her own right, manifesting awe-inspiring magics stemmed from a green-dragon lineage, and is the current headmistress of Westinghouse Arcane Academy, which her youngest sister, Johanna Westinghouse founded.

Esmerelda is the third-oldest of the seven daughters of the Westinghouse Family, and is thought of as the most powerful sorceress amongst them, with Johanna now dead.
