The seat of the Plains Monarch is actually a reasonably sized city, but the surrounding towns are what really gives the kingdom it's power - the Plains Monarch rules the most land of any ruler in Ken'Ser.

Kesava's Grand Temple is located here, along with the Healer's School where many doctors and healers train on how to help the wounded.
Many visitors wander The Woven Road - a street where there are the finest cloth makers all in a row, anything from roughspun bolts to fabulous silken dresses.
