Erosmin

Fey College Town & Campus

Thoroughly hidden within a series of powerful ley-lines and illusions, Erosmin is a mythical and decadent town surrounding a massive tower used as a mages college. The only other institution equal to the Dannamore Ivory Tower in Allegri, The Amberteak College Tower and the surounding campus is home to hundreds of sorcerers, summoners, and wizards that mostly study an ancient form/tradition of magic rooted in their fey nature.

The outlying buildings are home to those who traveled with family and loved ones to attend classes or even just study at the college. Tending small crops and looking after the mundane duties of feeding their community keeps them busy and they are happy to do so in return for the magical protection the spellcasters can provide. Essentially living in isolation suits most of them well and they do not deal well with outsiders – especially impatient non-fae who attempt violence to resolve their problems.
  Behind the Screen
Fey exist due to the transmutation magic that seeped into the fabric of the world after the catacysmic destruction of the Transmutation Pillar. Mainly known for their focus on transmutation and clairvoyance, some strange experiments have resulted in many magical anomalies among the faculty and students.

Demographics

Based solely on geographic location and incredible distance from the human cities, Erosmin has nearly no human culture present. Elves are the prominent species, representing nearly 90% of the population. Additionally, roughly 6% of the remaining unrepresented citizens have elven ancestry of some kind, having one elven parent and one from any number of types of fey is especially frequent.
Considering how the town has only grown here to support the previously isolated college, there has always been a demographic missing from the usual pilgrims who wander in - tradespeople and craftsmen don't tend to wander far from their forges and tools and traveling with them isn't a simple thing.
