Enémi of Umbar
The Enémi, also called the Great Library of Umbar, is the largest archive and library in the City of Umbar.
The Enémi, as a city facility, is managed and operated by one of the noble houses with representation in the Council of Umbar. Responsible for its management is the same house responsible for all official documentation and record keeping in the city, House Pázotho, with its patriarch, currently Lord Thoth Pázotho, responsible for most day-to-day activities.
