Thoramir of Virnos
A former member of Guild Hyperios, Thoramir was a member of the Order of Technomancy (Apprentice) as well. His role in Third Virnosian War is generally unknown minus the fact that he seems to have fallen out of favor with the Guild and Atresa as Tutiro Cam has officially put a bounty on him. It's not a large bounty but it has resulted in Thoramir closing up a small salvage shop he had set up in The Nation of Ghosts.
Thoramir resurfaced from quasi-exile during The Year of the Dragon, and is confirmed to be the mastermind behind the strange automatons that Aenophentari's Cabal used in the war. His final fate is unknown, with a Green Guard commander reporting that he must have died in the destruction of Aenophentari's air-dreadnought, but some scattered reports after that indicated that an Olark riding a large spider-automaton were seen around The Nation of Ghosts.
