Geology & Geography

Skywood only grows in the northern regions of Kadagard, although even there they grow in small groves. This makes it difficult to access, and its properties make it difficult to be made use of. The only exception is the region of Brianey, where they grow in mass, in a great forest known as the Wōdenwood where they are the dominant tree.

Origin & Source

The material known as Skywood comes from the tree of the same name, from which it is harvested. These trees are named for their great size, meaning there's a lot of wood that can be gathered from them.
