Far Shi-echen

First Vinsel to be deemed Rela (see Creatures). He is the youngest member of the Aldcom and has created ties between his people and that of Phora Igeksudja and the country of Soka. Far does not have a country of his own, in fact, most vinsel don't view him as a leader or anyone important. He is placed in the aldcom as a figurehead, as a symbol that his species are indeed rela. The others of the aldcom appreciate his ineptitude at being a leader, able to manipulate his people without him having much leeway to do anything that would threaten them.
A few years after Far's discover of being rela, other Vinsel not of his family have been born to be rela as well.
