A civil war in Genlith following the death of Count Phoitios.
Fendrel had been intended to be his heir but on his deathbed Count Phoitios altered his nomination to favour his younger son Adriel after discovering Fendrel's base nature. Fendrel fled to Esdrun and prevailed upon his friend Lord Endon Krennel to support his claim, leading to a civil war between those who supported his claim and those who favoured Adriel A number of engagements occurred with Adriel's forces victorious, helped by reinforcements from House Rauder and (latterly and possibly reluctantly) House Flint Battle of Stenmoor

Battle of Tarlby Ford Fendrel fell in battle at the fords south of Tarlby and the war came to an end with the surrender of the dissenting forces.
