Xusetegi

Xusetegi is the Ethaine goddess of love. However, this is not to mean that she is identified with romance or sexuality. Rather, Xusetegi is the goddess of a purer love- that of simple charity. Those who devote themselves to Xusetegi embrace a truth of undeterred and unconditional love for their fellows. They aim to treat man with absolute care, always seeking to do good for him. Thus, historically, Xusetegi's followers held an essential diplomatic role within Ethain ducal conflict. Not only as mediators, but as healers and carers for the weakened and injured. Most early Ethain hospitals had their origins as Xushetagos, dedicated houses of healing staffed by Xusetegi's followers. Ebonica is the historical center of Xusetegi worship and has long been associated with the goddess.
