The Plane of Rising Wind

Geography

The Plane of Rising Wind is the elemental plane of air and is a non stop torrent of swirling wind, fog, and hail. The only stable platforms in The Plane of Rising Wind are created by powerful entities such as Elementals and Angels. The only creatures that are able to pass through the Plane of Rising Wind without being blown around and out into Internus or Externus are Angels and Mortal souls. Some believe that even Gods cannot easily pass through the Plane of Rising Wind from Orbis to Internus.

History

The Plane of Rising Wind is similar to the other elemental planes in that it is unclear whether these planes were others of Ito's projects before creating Jeharr, or if it is somehow an essential component of Jeharr. Following The Ascendant War, the Plane of Rising Wind was used to separate Orbis from the rest of Internus. The Plane of Rising Wind continues to serve this purpose to this day.
