The Vondren Military recruits the pirates in Ciwn Securities as pilots to fight against the increasingly dangerous bug threat.
While the majority of the battle for Zavi plan was orchestrated by Adavn Baird, the relise and use of prisoners was most champianed by Inverno Razorwinj, who didn't want to face such an important battle without the best pilot at his side. And in his mind only his old rival, Oradoal fit the mark. Admiral Baird took the idea and expanded on it.
