Ciwn Securities, more commonly called Havoc's End, is a heavily guarded prison for high profile pirates. When people are taken here they will most likely spend the rest of their lives within its walls.
The guard detail includes armed rovers and HyperRovers (though usually just the prototypes or those that still work but are no longer fit for war). Its well known among the prisoners that the warden, Vord Jevercon, is a Vondren Imperialist, that Vivie prisoners are treated worse than Ovie ones, and that they are more likely to 'have an accident' and never be seen again.

A high security prison meant to house pirates seen as to high profile, likely to escape, or dangerous to be used as forced labor outside of its walls.
Alterations
The walls are in constant repair and often made more 'escape proof' every few years.
Architecture
Ciwn Securities is a massive castle like building with thick walls surrounded by more thick walls.
