A drug derived from Oracle.   This drug is mostly unknown. It was created by med students in an attempt to reproduce the positive effects of Oracle without the negative. The drug has been further developed since then but hasn't been widely distributed.   The research and testing was started by a medical student and later picked up by a few more. Though the methods were sound, the school did not allow students to experiment with creating medications or treatments and the whole thing was shut down.   It was later picked up by the original student again after graduation, who tested and refined it further.

Utility

Intended

The drug produces an almost immediate and intense feeling of control, and greatly heightens the senses of the user, giving them the ability to quickly notice very small details that they may have otherwise missed.

Unintended

This focus tends to dull reflexive emotions such as fear and anger. It also makes the user impatient and irritable if they don't get to act on their focus.
It is not uncommon for individuals under the effects of Vision to forget their surroundings entirely, and focus solely on the task at hand. This commonly leads to accidents.

Aftereffects

After coming down from the effects of the drug, brain and nervous activity is lowered, leading to an intense feeling of cold and mild seizures, though newer batches have greatly lowered the risk of seizure. If used frequently for several years it can start to cause more permanent emotion impairment and possibly occasional manic episodes.
