Oracle is a drug designed to help people focus.
In its most basic form, oracle is a thin, cloudy cyan fluid. Many people make out patterns or faces while looking into the swirling liquid - but these are just tricks of the mind.

Utility

The drug is widely used to gain the upper hand in card-based games, and, as such, most major casinos have taken measures to detect the drug and report its users to the authorities.

Intended

The drug produces an immediate and intense feeling of control, and greatly heightens the senses of the user, granting them the ability to quickly notice very small details that they may have otherwise missed.

Some say that they gain the ability to see things before they happen while on oracle - but this has yet to be proven.

Unintended

It is not uncommon for individuals under the effects of Oracle to forget their surroundings entirely, and focus solely on the task at hand. This commonly leads to, often lethal, accidents.

Aftereffects

The high lasts for approximately sixty seconds per millilitre ingested, depending on the brain activity of the individual.
After coming down from the effects of the drug, brain and nervous activity is lowered, and vision is completely lost. If used frequently for several years it can start to cause more permanent vision impairment.

Many users take in the drug with the use of an eyedropper, however, more avid uses of the substance place a shot glass of the liquid over an eye, hold their eyelids open, and move their eyeball around until the fluid has completely entered their system.
