The Snowbright Gladiatorial Arena

At the centre of Snowbright is the pride and focal point of the city, the gladiatorial arena. While t the Snowbright Gladiatorial Arena is used for Gladiatorial Series and larger tournaments, all of which only occur on rest weeks. While there are several smaller arena’s throughout the city that do host other tournaments or competitions throughout any given month, the Snowbright Gladiatorial Arena is reserved for the main events.

History

The ground the arena currently reside on has been home to may arenas throught out Ithica's history. Originally the area was nothing more then a patch of cleared snow at the center of the valley. over time as the Miners need to blow off steam or waitied for new mines to be found the arena was built up dirt was prought to create a proper fighting pit, stant where constructed. eventuall a smale stone and wood dtructure was built. As more and more buildings built up the decision was mad and stone formthe mine were brought donw on mass and the arena as it stands today began its construction.
