All Cis-Martian Space is controlled by the PDRM

At this point, all space stations, Phobos, Deimos and Mars herself are controlled either by the PDRM, or by companies based in the PDRM.

This event marks the purchase of the last station in orbit of Mars not owned by a PDRM corp, the Tiangong-7, to the PDRM. At that moment, the UN and it's member countries had no control over any major portion of cis-martian space. It is not an incredibly historic date, but simply marks the progress of the PDRM from one colony to the massive civilization it is today.
