Iribus' seat of power, the only known entrance currently resides within Cthonicos.
Defences
The Vault of Secret Tomes is said to contain countless constructs that absorb magic, and Enslaved Demons, Fiends, and even Stygians to defend their Masters abode. Similarly there are a number of figures that appear as Iribus, each claiming to be the Masked God. While these beings are powerful, it is unlikely that they are all Iribus.
Industry & Trade
The Vault of Secret Tomes will sometimes open its doors to outsiders in return for favors that Iribus deems worthy. It's rumored that Asmodeus was permitted entry during the Long Night where he learned the secrets of Ascension.
Assets
The Vault of Secret Tomes holds within it a copy of all the scrolls, books, and any other knowledge the cultists of Iribus have destroyed over the millennia. There are many that claim a good number of other secrets that the Masked God has collected personally, from the Planes, other Gods and even beyond the bounds of Limbo and the Abyss are contained within as well.
History
The Vault of Secret Tomes doesn't exist on Cthonicos, it exists in a demi-plane between spaces. There are a number of portals and doorways that exist into the Black Library, though these portals exist at the whim of Iribus. While the God of Secrets resided for eons in Cthonicos, there is no telling if the fortress he occupied contains an active portal to the Gods true realm.
Architecture
The Vault of Secret Tomes is said to be paved from Black Iron and Grey Stone from Cthonicos, The Abyss, and Baathos. Faces of every species, Outsider and Mortal are carved into the surface of this great structure. It is said that when a cultist of Iribus dies their face joins the canopy of All that is Lost. The interior of the structure is an mystery, few have entered and those that have are either dead or refuse to divulge the secrets of Iribus.
Natural Resources
It is Said that all that is Lost comes to reside within the Black Library.
