Biological Traits

there are three Giant clans who rule in three drastically different locations. Giants rule a small territory in Northern Ravan, the smoldering peak in Narasi and a floating castle in the clouds that none know the location of outside the clan itself.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Biological Cycle

History

Giants rose to power to overthrow their dragon masters during the earliest days of the World. Giants along with the Dwarves struck blow after blow against the Dragon Empire until it lay in ruins and the Dragon Broods scattered to the winds. shortly after this the Giants attempted to subjugate the remaining Dragons and their Dwarven Allies. this led to a short but bitter war between the two, as the Dwarves rallied with fury at the betrayal of their one time allies. The Dwarves were forced to move into the deeper parts of the world to prevent Giant raiding parties from culling their kind. Salvation came in the form of a Dragon, The Nameless Black, who gave the Dwarves the means to curse their traitorous foes. sacrificing their Timelessness, they cursed the Giants to turn to stone over the course of a Dwarven life, forever tethering the two species together. so long as the Giants remained the Dwarves would die of old age, and as long as the Dwarves remained the Giants would turn to Stone. Panic erupted in the Giants newly forged kingdom as Clans turned against clans to survive, hundreds of their kin already turned to stone as the Dwarves finished their curse. Six Giant clans survived the war with the Dwarves, and only three have survived unto this day.
