Session 25: School's Out
General Summary

- Grimmie makes things for the Sootguard to make money
- Bubba begins to seek martial arts masters and practices their penmanship
- Jarran talks with Khontu about the cannon
- Grimmie teaches a day at the College
- Lohren meets with the Taeshin and Kenmotsu Clans about any information around the Charter, get some but not much
- Jarran spots members of the Kenmotsu Clan and Xurek Family meeting in an alleyway, though is unable to gain many details of either individual
- Early on the morning of the 11th, around 5am Grimmie awakens to no Ariadna but a note stating that if she is not back in half an hour that they should start to worry
- Half an hour later a student knocks on the door, revealing much activity in the hallway and tells Grimoire that rumors of something big happening elsewhere and that the Charter was involved have been spreading, was asking if Grimmie knew anything about it
- Grimmie goes to the Headmaster who is trying to learn more but is being brushed off by others outside of the College, Grimmie uses a sending stone to talk to their dads
- Edrym is far off on Orhindur and is unaware of what is going on, Methilid is potentially in danger and cautions Grimmie to keep their friends close by, Ellisar is busy and accidentally sends part of an incantation and the words 'It has begun'
- After hearing that the College is locked down Grimmie summons their friends (with Headmaster Drizax's approval) and returns to their room, only to find halfway there Ariadna choking a Wytchguard out in a storage closet
- She proceeds to torture the man, getting little info before he passes away, though informs Grimmie that at least 11 individuals entered the College before the lock down began
- Party arrives as the students all move to the primary auditorium as per the Headmaster's instruction, upon arrival Grimmie realizes that Professor Vumen, head of the Planes department, is missing, Scribe is left to monitor the Auditorium while the party heads for Professor Vumen
- Vumen is found in a destroyed office after having defeated seven assailants, including their own Wytchguard
- A small golden stone is found on a body that says "It's time" as well as "You know what has to be done", as well as the Monolith that marks the Inheritors
- Upon returning to the Auditorium with Vumen Scribe spots a strange acting student, which Ariadna also spots, Grimmie communicates with two Students, Daniels and Griff, and verifies that the odd student is an Inheritor
- Another three 'students' are verified to be Inheritors, as well as two Professors, with another Professor being a powerful illusion
- Vumen and the party move in to action, swiftly eliminating one assassin that was close to the Headmaster, while also taking out the other 'Professor' and a Wytchguard pretending to be a student
- Drizax summons some Lantern Archons for aid while Daniels uses a CL 9th scroll of Magic Missile on an Inheritor, after aiding other students evacuating the area
- Two of the Inheritors are captured while the others are dispatched, with one being brutally torn apart by Jarran's rifle
- Session ended with all students and faculty being checked for the mark of the Inheritors
