The Hartfawn

The Hartfawn is an organization of the most powerful witch covens in all of Kelarpian. While not an official governing organization in Centralis, they are recognized as a governing organization in Kelarpian. They do not meet often, but when they do, it is often seen as a portent of terrible times ahead. They also meet once a year on the 43rd of Belest at a time known as The Hartfawn Gathering.

Culture

Within The Hartfawn, the covens are split up into factions dependent on their abilities and power within the organization. The factions are as follows:

• The Top 5: This is the top five most powerful covens in both political and magical power it’s members are: Grayscale Coven, The Coven of the Oak Spirit, The Candalas Coven, The Aurora Coven, and The Circle of Crystal Flowers.
• The Peaceful 7: These covens are known for being peaceful. They do not want power or anything, just to mainly be left alone. Most people in them are artisans or creators of some kind. It’s members are: The Coven of the Hearth, The Coven of the Ancient, The Coven of Bramble Root, The Coven of the Lunar Owl, Coven of the Sacred Wall, The Coven of the Trainers, and The Threadbare Coven 
• The Healing 3: These covens are know for trying to heal people or places. They are clerics, and doctors of all different kinds. The members are: The Circle of Divine Radiance, Coven of the Ice Garden, and The Coven of Plauges.
• The Guardian 3: These three covens each guard something very sacred to the world. It is said that if one of these covens ever fell, the whole of Kelarpian would not be far after. The members are: The Azure Coven, The Circle of the Eclipse, and The Coven of Stardust
• The Feared 2: these two covens are the most feared covens of them all. They are full of powerful warriors who are said to have uncompromising beliefs. The members are: The Silver Swallow Coven, and The Coven of Nightshade
• The Decider: The last coven only has one member. It’s job is specifically to be the deciding vote if the hartfawn cannot come to a consensus. The lone member of this faction is: The Coven of Cherry Blossoms.
