Quailar (Third in Line) - Daimtiva Yatiq Mourouu xi Eveiliria
Physical Description
Silver skin tone, with many oean covering his shoulders, with a one on each forearm, knee, outside side of the thighs, and tops of both feet and hands. His elbows sharpen outward and curve back towards the back of the forearm in a similar structure to the black oean, but they appear to be made out of muscle instead of a bone-like material. His feet are about 15 inches long, and end in three claw-like toes. His fingers are also claw-like, but can change their own texture to be soft. Speaking of which, his hands are about twice the size of a regular human's.
Orion has six eyes on his face, each in a pair of two stacked on top of one another up to his forehead. While they're all the same color, his bottom-most set of eyes is the most expressive, while the middle set is narrow (often considered to be constantly glaring, but this could just be due to the set being constrained between the upper and lower set), and the upper-most is wider, and a bit larger than the other two by ~2 cm. His jaw is narrow, and his facial shape is classified as rectangular. Because of his species and, additionally, thanks to having 6 eyes on his face, his skull is slightly larger than that of a humans, and a tad above the average length for a Viniktarian skull, if not by a few centimeters.
His chest is often described as a "work in progress mural" by Orion, as he has gained tattoos over the years, each one based on a significant memory or words he lives by. For example, near the center of his chest he has a tattoo of a heart with an arrow through it, signifying his interest in human culture, as the heart is a symbol they appear to highly enjoy, according to Orion's observations. However, his most infamous tattoo isn't one at all, but his secondary mouth that is disguised as a large stitch-like tattoo. Hidden as to not scare away others, this mouth stretches completely across his chest, and is the most direct path to his digestive system based on placement. With a full set of teeth, Orion can eat with this mouth, but chooses not to for the most part, unless he does so in privacy. He can also speak with this secondary mouth, although the pitch is sightly deeper and more slurred, as he doesn't use it often. With the primary mouth on his face, on the back of the tongue Orion possesses his 7th eye, which is functional, but he usually keeps it closed. Since the placement is less than ideal, he rarely uses it, unless he is trying to bluff the opponent with the odd (and what some would call a fixture of nightmare fuel) feature.
Possessing the Pink Core, Orion's specific ability is manipulation of electricity and electric currents. This can be as minor as disconnecting a computer from an outlet, or as major as redirecting a lightning bolt's path. While this is his strongest skill, being that he was trained in using basic Core Abilities, Orion is also able to do the following:
•Bond his soul to weaker souls
•Hypnotize those with weaker cores for a small amount of time
•Turn on/off lights and appliances with the snap of his fingers
•Telekinesis
Outside of wearing traditional Viniktarian garb, Orion has become fond of 50's/60's "Greaser-Era" clothing, and will go to many lengths to obtain these sorts of articles or replicate this style, oftentimes with the help of Terra or (a forced) Valentino.
Regardless of what he's wearing though, he tends to constantly wear a pair of thick, black biker boots he bought during his first roundabouts on Earth with Ryokou. They were the only "human" shoes that would fit him at the time, and since having some custom made he still insists on wearing these half the time, even when inappropriate.
His weapon of choice is an 8' scythe, decorated in a silver and black color palette.

Because he is a Quailar, Orion is most forbidden from engaging in any other job environment, other than politics or the military. This rule, known as VK-03-261, is only applicable to Quailar/Quaila who are the middle and eldest children (so for example, with there being 5 Quailar as there are in Orion's case, the middle child and the two eldest, are held accountable to this rule—Terra and Nova, being the two youngest, can partake in whatever employment option they desire).
Saving Ryokou Shikitei's life on multiple occassions, defeating the Erok King, creating and successfully passing laws VK-14-938 and QK-3827.
As a child, he accidentally murdered a guard by nudging them off of an unsteady balcony, which caused them to plummet to their death. More notably, he is incredibly embarrassed by his hair falling out, originally going to lengths of wearing wigs or headdresses to hide the fact. He even lied to Ryokou, saying that any lack of hair was considered God-like in his culture.
His biggest failure in his eyes was failing to save Ryokou's human form and exposing her to death during The Battle for Fukui, despite her ability to save him.
Thanks to previously unknown genetics, Orion was passed down a genetic illness exclusive to Viniktarians known as
Weroli, which creates stress primarily on the scalp, and leads to body aches, headaches and eventual hair loss. Orion experienced the Moderate strain, which left him with eyebrows, but he lost all of his hair otherwise. Considering that having long hair is considered a trait of strength in Viniktarian culture, having no hair whatsoever caused the prince to be bullied relentlessly in his teenage stage of life. This eventually shaped his egotistical and revengeful personality.
Orion's parents contracted
Eid Stage 4, and died prematurely ~300 years prior to present day. Because the death was unexpected, thanks to Viniktarian's having virtually invincible immune systems, their departure from this life hit him hard. This also forced him to take on tasks previously unknown to him now that he and his brothers were forced into action as monarchs. Their death will often put Orion in depression-like states every once in a while, for a short period of time.
Orion has been in a relationship with Starr Evro Meine xi Auorosani for approximately ~500 years, and during this period (especially within the last 100 years), she has grown increasingly abusive and neglectful of the Quailar. While he can easily overpower her, fear of bad press keeps him silent and submissive. Until he created and passed QK-3827, he was also unable to leave the relationship, as their engagement was seen as permanent under Viniktarian law.
Personality Characteristics
Dreams of becoming just like his father, and is determined to become Quailarian, despite having two brothers ahead of him in line for succession (that being said, he would not partake in treachery or murder to achieve this goal, and instead hopes that they decide to pass the honor on to him). He wants to lead his country in a loving manner, rather than follow Dielkaire's strict nature. But above all else, Orion hopes to somehow marry Ryokou Shikitei.

Due to his Viniktarian accent, Orion tends to over-exaggerate any hard consonant sound, especially with K, Q, V, S, Z, and X. When originally learning Earthen languages (or rather, attempting to), he found it difficult to sound out vowels, seeing as compared to his birth-language, Earthen languages had more, or at least used them more often. Plus, it was hard for him to loose the
Viniktarian pitch-rule surrounding past, present, and future tense.
History
While they initially got along, Orion and Dielkaire inevitably split ways once Dielkaire became focused on his duty as a future Quailarian, and Orion focused on pleasure and living in the lap of luxury. Their morals conflict on every level, to a point where Dielkaire specifically desires to ruin Orion's life. While extreme on the surface, this desire stems from Dielkaire being convinced that Orion is a threat to himself and everyone around him, including his nation. The sooner Orion leaves the spotlight, the better.
Commonalities & Shared Interests
Both wish to be Quailarian, although for different reasons. Dielkaire believes that he is the rightful ruler to the throne, being that he was the first-born, and also because he has been taught to rule his entire life, much unlike Orion. He wants to use his position to create an image of power for himself, and as he rises, bring his nation with him as he conquers all. Orion however, while loving the idea of being looked up to, just wants to do what is best for his country by any means. Whether or not he actually becomes one of the most famous Quailarian is honestly irrelevant to him at the end of the day, no matter what is ego might portray.
History
Ryokou was the first of the main four humans to meet a Viniktarian, who happened to be Orion. While originally disgusted by him and his flirtatious, egotistical attitude, the bonding of their Inner Cores made it so that they could at least stand one another, and eventually care about the other. Once Ryokou defeated Erok (almost single-handedly) and saved Orion's life, Orion immediately started to take their relationship seriously. So much so that he began to see her as a romantic interest, and eventually developed an obsession with gaining the human's affection. While Ryokou still didn't seem to appreciate Orion's interest in her, over time she began to have feelings for him as well, but keeps them a secret due to knowing that he will inevitably marry Starr (or, so she thinks).
Overall, Ryokou acts as the responsible counterpart to Orion's childlike personality, and despite their arguing they care for one another more than anyone knows.
Nicknames & Petnames
Orion originally called Ryokou "kitten", despite this pissing her off. Eventually it evolved to "robin", something she appreciates a bit more.
In order to berate him, Ryokou will sarcastically call Orion "Mr. King of The Universe" in a sarcastic tone, to point out his self-entitlement and selfish mannerisms.
Relationship Reasoning
While Terra and Nova were quick to choose their humans (Valentino and Blaire, respectively), Superior and Orion thought long and hard on who to choose. Originally, Superior wanted Ryokou to be his guardian, as he was put off by Miyako's "slutty appearance". However, Orion threw a fit, and eventually forced Superior to choose Miyako as his guardian, and allow Ryokou to be Orion's guardian. This upset Ryokou, considering that she was absolutely terrified of Orion based on what she had witnessed moments earlier (see First Contact). Ryokou attempted to escape being bonded with Orion's Inner Core altogether, but ultimately failed.

While they can be drastically different (Jock v.s. Nerd complex), Orion is always intently interested in watching Ryokou work, and will often spend hours of watching her draw, paint, or write in complete silence. Both also enjoy going out together, whether it be for a quick stroll, going to the shore, or having a "coffee date".

History
At the time of their engagement, their relationship was blooming and lovely, but as the years went by, Orion started to become resentful of the fact that she was simply a quick substitute for his true love. Orion began to seek adventure outside of his relationship with Starr, and began to blatantly cheat on her in order to calm his repressed romanticism—being that he had no attraction or love for Starr any longer. Now on Earth, with their relationship in turmoil and their engagement date drawing near, Orion is clinging on to any chance he has of marrying Ryokou Shikitei, his guardian, who he claims to truly love. Starr on the other hand, is now trying to pressure Orion into starting a family, which would help in further trapping him in their engagement. Starr has also abused Orion in a multitude of ways, despite the fact that Orion insists someone of his status and stature can't be abused. She also tends to question his decisions, which has taken a toll on his leadership skills over the years.

While Orion doesn't have any nicknames for Starr (other than "that bitch" or Nullshicke), Starr will often address Orion as "bon bon", since she's fond of French, or "Iox avei".
Relationship Reasoning
Orion's was initially expected to become engaged to a personal tutor his parent's had hired outside of the Elekeairkii Federation in order to help him become more relax and acquainted with someone on a business level. However, because of the lack of age difference, and since they became so close, Orion and his tutor fell in love. Nevertheless, despite Shei Mei and Ankorra's approval of their relationship, the unnamed tutor vanished out of thin air, without a trace. Years afterwards, to help Orion cope with a broken heart, Starr was brought in as a companion to help Orion heal.

Despite having a negative relationship, Starr and Orion are notably egotistical in nature, and absolutely love attention—even if it's negative. They're both flirtatiously driven, though Starr is more reserved based on her beliefs. They both crave the lime-light, and will do whatever it takes to get in those history textbooks.
