14th Quailarian xi Viniktaria - Dielkaire Amu A'aabara xi Eveiliria
Physical Description
Silver skin tone, with many long oean covering his shoulders, with a one on each forearm, knee, outside side of the thighs, and tops of both feet and hands. Some consider his oean to be a bit too long, and have accused him of using prosthetic to enhance their length, but no one would say this to his face. Others just consider their appearance to be another clear factor that he is a prime Viniktarian ruler. His elbows sharpen outward and curve back towards the back of the forearm in a similar structure to the black oean, but they appear to be made out of muscle instead of a bone-like material. His feet are about 18 inches long, and end in three claw-like toes. His fingers are also claw-like, but can change their own texture to be soft. Speaking of which, like his brothers', his hands are about twice the size of a regular human's.
Dielkaire has two eyes, similar to Humans, that are a vibrant ruby red. While most Viniktarians have rather large, open eyes, Dielkaire's are rather narrow for his species. The Quailarian also has long, silver locks that run down to his knees, which is a considerable feat for any Viniktarian to possess that long of a mane.
Like his brother Nova, Dielkaire possesses an uncommon trait among Viniktarians: having 2 or less eyes, exactly 2 in his case. Because his eyes are also so vibrant, they are considered his signature trait, combined with his deathly brooding stare.
Some think that its impossible for the Quailarian to slouch, seeing as he always appears to have and walk with perfect posture. This is most likely due to excessive tutoring in mannerisms from a young age.
Possessing the Red Core, Dielkaire's specific ability is manipulation of fire. This can be as minor as lighting a match, or as major as setting a forest ablaze. While this is his strongest skill, being that he was trained in using basic Core Abilities, Dielkaire is also able to do the following:
•Bond his soul to weaker souls •Hypnotize those with weaker cores for a small amount of time •Move quickly in short distances •Telekinesis
As Quailarian, Dielkaire is decorated in the traditional sense, but with a twist. He wears the most extravagant cloths and fabrics, with swirling and complex embroidery and patterns. Dielkaire is often found wearing his own Xi Moiraey, the equivilent of a crown, in all formal settings, and sometimes in private (though its size and sharp extremities make it uncomfortable to wear in settings like combat or while relaxing). As a lover of all things extravagant and exotic, Dielkaire's fashion sense incorporates many different cultures from the races he and his ancestors have conquered, such as Borken Leather or Terrarrorian Scales.
Dielkaire's signature weapon is a 15 foot long silver blade covered in scripture and bound by wrappings, that is also 1 foot wide. The length and thickness of the blade makes it very heavy to handle, compared to weapons of other Viniktarians. Rumor has it that Dielkaire dreamt up the weapon in his youth, and trained a good portion of his life in order to be able to properly wield something so massive and chaotic. The fact that Dielkaire uses a blade like this often makes other opponents (whether for sport or actual enemies of the crown) wary, considering that the Quailarian doesn't have to be in close contact with an opponent in order to harm them severely.
Mental characteristics
Dielkaire Amu A'aabara xi Eveiliria was the first-born Quailar out of the five brothers born to the 13th Quailarian Anokorra, and Quailaria Shei Mei. As the eldest, his destiny to become Quailarian was set in stone from the moment he was born, but for the first few centuries of his life, he did not worry about this fate.
Ankorra and Shei Mei made their best effort to give Dielkaire a relatively normal childhood (at least, as normal as a prince could possibly have with all of the luxuries he was given), and let him and his siblings enjoy the simple things in life. For much of his younger years, Dielkaire was interested in literature and art, and often believed that that is what he would grow up and do. Dielkaire and his other siblings got along quite well, and Dielkaire was particularly close with Superior and Orion, and would often rough-house with them—a common practice for Viniktarian youngsters.
However, once Dielkaire grew into adolescence, and his future was made relatively clear, a rift was sensed within the xi Eveiliria family. While Dielkaire and Superior (as second in line) began to mature and focus on their duty to their country, Orion, Terra, and Nova (as the younger siblings who were unlikely to take the throne) were pretty much allowed to do as they wished. Dielkaire began to resent his younger siblings for being able to be so carefree, which inevitably resulted in becoming rivals with Orion due to their differences in opinion. Dielkaire thought Orion was too rash and lazy, while Orion thought of Dielkaire as a stick in the mud. This rift grew and grew, and eventually was clearly established as Dielkare/Superior VS Orion/Terra/Nova.
Ankorra and Shei Mei attempted to try and tear this rift apart, but Dielkaire and Orion's stubborn natures and hatred for one another was apparent and inevitably impossible to halt. Once Ankorra and Shei Mei died suddenly to an onslaught of
Eid, and Dielkaire became the next Emperor of Viniktaria, their rivalry shifted from pure disgust to an undeniable envy and wretched hatred. Often times Orion and Dielkaire had to be physically torn from each other, in order to prevent them from murdering one another out of anger.
Dielkaire's attitude towards ruling the nation differed from Shei Mei and Ankorra's style: instead of teaching love and respect for all beings, and focusing on improving the nation through internal progress, Dielkaire was convinced that the only way forward was to take over as many nations as possible to improve the wealth and expanse of the Empire. Simply put, Dielkaire returned the Empire back to the days of conquering other planets and nations as seen in centuries past. Immediately, Superior advised Dielkaire that this was not the correct path forward, but Dielkaire's overwhelming rule and stubborn attitude forced him to ignore his brother's advise. This was the final rift that pitted all of the xi Eveiliria brothers against Dielkaire, as Superior was convinced that being Quailarian had finally gotten to his brother's head.
As the current-day Quailarian, Dielkaire is attempting to put a stop to the Erok King and the current war against him, seeing as the Viniktarians are loosing the fight. Splitting up the population to sway Erok away from the home planet (pursuing Dielkaire and the brothers in the process) was his idea, although he is still unsure of how to defeat Erok. This lack of a plan has made him critically unpopular in recent times, as many Viniktarians fear that the young Quailarian has doomed them all.
Private Education provided by the Elekeairkii Federation. As the first-born Quailar, Dielkaire also was taught by a variety of tutors from when he was a young boy, until he reached young adulthood, in order to prepare and guide him for his fate as Quailarian.
As Quailarian, Dielkaire drafts laws for the Viniktarian Empire, oversees the military effort, and overall drives the nation's direction. As a monarch he holds the most power over other government officials, though groups like the Xiev Xousen can block his wishes. In special instances, Dielkaire fights on the battlefield with his army, but only at his own discretion.
Under Viniktarian law, it is illegal for the eldest half of the Viniktarian Monarchy to hold jobs other than being Quailarian/Quailaria or an advising Quailar/Quaila, in order to firmly set their sights on being potential rulers if their parents/siblings succumb to illness or battle.
Compared to other leaders of the past, Dielkaire has accomplished very little in his time as the ruling monarch. While this is mostly blamed on the fact that he has only ruled for a few hundred Earth-years, many still find his lack of significant contributions rather weak.
The one contribution (though, this is debatable by many) Dielkaire has contributed to is expanding the Empire. Under his leadership, the Viniktarian Empire had conquered (or at least has imminent plans for annexation) many planets and races, with their newest sights being set on the Humans.
Dielkaire's lack of a plan in facing the Erok King is considered his largest embarrassment by the public, and is often brought against him at public hearings. Though, it is hard to blame him. Erok his seen as invincible by most, and not even the most experienced of Wenway have a strategy to defeat him. Still, the public opinion of Quailarian Dielkiare is not positive.
Contributing to his low approval-rating is the fact that Dielkiare has no mate. While he is still young (in the equivalent of young-adulthood by Viniktarian standards), the reigning Quailarian/Quailaria is often seen as "complete" once they have found their alter: an equal to assist and rule beside them. This has affected Dielkaire's current mental state, to the point where he wonders if he will simply find the answer to all of his problems once he finds a bride.
The sudden death of his parents was particularly shocking and devastating to Dielkaire, especially since he had to resume control of the Empire at such a tragic time—the start of the Erok War. While he became rather cold and condescending towards all that attempted to console him, it was simply a defense against his fear of being perceived as a weak leader. Orion specifically claimed that Dielkaire held no feeling over his parent's death.
"You mean to tell me that that bastard actually cared about what happened to them? I never saw him mourn! Not a single tear! If anything, I'm sure he was glad to see them go, so that he could finally rule the Empire the way he wanted to. Sick bastard!"
-Orion
All in all, Dielkaire was arguably hit the hardest at their passing, seeing as he had to remain strong and vigilant at his weakest moment. Dielkaire often resents his brothers for their lack of understanding and support during this time, while they in turn resent him for acting so stoic and cold towards their grievances.
Slightly philosophical, strategic, logical while vain
Dielkaire will go to almost any lengths to gain what he desires, even if it means betraying someone he cares about. Ultimately, he does not care what most think of him (to a certain extent), being as he believes all will eventually follow him once he reveals what he is capable of. He believes that he is rather god-like, but understands that not everyone can see this. He is willing to be the villain if it means doing whats best for himself, his namesake, his reputation, and his country.
He believes that showing deep emotions is a sign of weakness that is reserved for few appropriate moments, which makes him appear rather cold and calculated.
History
While they initially got along, Orion and Dielkaire inevitably split ways once Dielkaire became focused on his duty as a future Quailarian, and Orion focused on pleasure and living in the lap of luxury. Their morals conflict on every level, to a point where Dielkaire specifically desires to ruin Orion's life. While extreme on the surface, this desire stems from Dielkaire being convinced that Orion is a threat to himself and everyone around him, including his nation. The sooner Orion leaves the spotlight, the better.
Commonalities & Shared Interests
Both wish to be Quailarian, although for different reasons. Dielkaire believes that he is the rightful ruler to the throne, being that he was the first-born, and also because he has been taught to rule his entire life, much unlike Orion. He wants to use his position to create an image of power for himself, and as he rises, bring his nation with him as he conquers all. Orion however, while loving the idea of being looked up to, just wants to do what is best for his country by any means. Whether or not he actually becomes one of the most famous Quailarian is honestly irrelevant to him at the end of the day, no matter what is ego might portray.

History
Ryokou meets Dielkaire during the second story arc on her first visit to the Mothership. While initially scared of the Quailarian given his status and overall importance (and, oh yeah, Humanity's enslavement is decided by this man), Dielkaire is immediately kind and responsive to her. Terra and Superior specifically note this as odd, being that Dielkaire usually doesn't give most people the time of day, but Dielkaire is quick to argue that he respects Ryokou and the rest of the Humans based on their help towards their cause in the Erok War.
However, Dielkiare's true positive nature towards Ryokou is revealed to be a ruse: he realizes early on that Orion has a true fascination for Ryokou, one that he speculates traverses the span of a love interest. Being that he wants to ruin Orion's life at every turn, Dielkaire attempts to hog Ryokou from him, which is easy to do as Starr is begging for Orion to give her attention instead. As time passes, Dielkaire's plan begins to backfire—but not as one might think. Instead, Dielkaire begins to fall in love with Ryokou, as he realizes that they get along almost too well.
Immediately, Dielkaire attempts to woo Ryokou, although simply so that she doesn't catch on. Orion does however notice this odd behavior, and tries to split them up whenever possible. All the while, Dielkaire is slowly closing in on his scheme to make Ryokou his bride as the next Quailaria of Viniktaria, by any means necessary. Besides, who would deny his hand in marriage? You'd have to be a fool.
Nicknames & Petnames
Dielkaire is fond of the pet name Orion currently calls Ryokou, "Robin". Like everything he does when concerned with Orion, he takes what he loves for himself, and often will reference Ryokou as "Robin" right to Orion's face.

Ex-Boyfriend, Master (Vital)
History
Veil and Dielkaire were friends in their youth, being that they attended the same school. They lost touch as they grew up and went on different paths in life, but were re-acquainted during a party thrown in Veil's honor for her birthday. It is unknown why Dielkaire sought her out, seeing as he doesn't "do parties", but some suspect he was playing with the idea of what his descendants would be like. AKA, he was (rather prematurely) looking for a lover. Being that Veil was considered quite the catch, being that she is rather tall, strong, and at the height of her career, it's more than likely that Dielkaire pursued her simply because he was convinced she was the best person he could get with.
However, their relationship was initially a positive one. Veil and Dielkaire fell in love, and proceeded to have a happy relationship for a few centuries. Despite being rather cold and isolated from others, Veil was able to assist Dielkaire through some dark times, including when his parents abruptly passed away. However, the support wasn't always reciprocated. Veil often found herself calling on deaf ears whenever she needed help, and by the end of their relationship, they became bitter towards one another. Veil was too full of life, while Dielkaire was too commanding and calculating.
Now they simply work on a soldier-emperor relationship, though there is often an obvious tension between them, not just because of their past, but also due to their differences in war-related strategic opinion.
Nicknames & Petnames
Despite now despising she finds having to call him this, Veil is bound by law to refer to Dielkaire as her "Master", according to Military-Royalty customs. In order to be coy with her, Dielkaire will often call Veil "Vi Vi"
Commonalities & Shared Interests
They are both interested in the theory and strategy of war, though it is obvious that Veil is the more experienced of the two.
Shared Secrets
Unbeknownst to anyone else, Veil and Dielkaire did have a child together, however he was a still-born. This put much of a strain on their relationship, even before the child died due to the fact that Veil was pregnant before they had even declared the possibility of an engagement (a big taboo in Viniktarian culture). Towards the end of the pregnancy, Veil became depressed after coming to the self-realization that Dielkaire shouldn't be her husband. After the still-birth, Dielkaire continued with the Viniktarian tradition of Lvvrovein, the act of destroying the child's corpse by hand, despite Veil pleading that he wouldn't.
