The massive, permanent, imperial military camp where all soldiers of the empire are trained. The Wargrounds also houses military forges for building and maintaining equiptment. The Imperial Shipyard is also in the Wargrounds allowing the Vulanti Empire to produce its own airships. The imperial college and iron order have even established permanent facilities in the camp, but their headquarters are in The Ivory District.
The Wargrounds are functionally the military district of the city, but it mirrors Oldetown by being across the Vulanti River. The camps are operated by two officials the High General and the Quartermaster of the Wargrounds. The High General oversees all training, designing new military equipment, battlefield planning, and anything else directly related to the Grand Army of the Empire. The Quartermaster of the Wargrounds is essentially the civil governor of the Wargrounds. The Quartermaster of the Wargrounds maintains civil infrastructure, keeps records for the army, and oversees payment and requisitions.
