The royal district of Vulanti City. This area is home to most of the government buildings that maintain the Vulanti Empire. This part of the city is maintained by the 
Ivory Spire - home of the Emperor of Vulantis
The Iron Fortress - headquarters of the The Iron Order
Coliseum of Vulanti - The sole entertainment building in the Ivory district. This great coliseum fetures fights most nights of the week and is often frequented by the emperor.
