High Command The Emperor – Commands the High General and sits at the head of the war council, but usually defers to the High General Imperial High General – Commands all forces of the empire’s standard forces in the emperor’s name. Imperial General – Commands Several infantry and cavalry legions and serve directly under the High General
Grandmaster – Oversees all the magic users of the empire, especially those that serve in the military. Is technically the same rank as the High General, and sits on the War council, but submits to the high general when it comes directly to the battlefield. The grandmaster can overrule a general in most regards, but not during active combat.

The Infantry Legion – 100 squads of 50 infantry make an infantry legion of 5,000

• Legion Legate – Command of the entire Legion (Same as Cavalry)
• Tribune – 2nd in Command of entire Legion (Same as Cavalry)
• Centurian Prefect – 3rd in Command of infantry legion
• Centurian Primus – Commands 1/5 of the legion
• Centurian Optiones – Commands 5 centurians
• Centurions – Squad Leader
• Optiones – Squad 2nd in command of squad
• Legionary – Basic Soldier

The Cavalry Legion – 100 squads of 20 make a cavalry legion of 2,000

• Legion Legate – Command of the entire Legion (Same as Infantry)
• Tribune- 2nd in Command of entire Legion (Same as Infantry)
• Decurion Prefect - 3rd in Command of cavalry legion
• Decurion Primus – Commands 1/5 of the legion
• Decurion Optiones – Commands 5 Decurians
• Decurion – Squad Commander
• Tesserarius – Cavalry squad 2nd in command of squad
• Cavalrymen – Basic Cavalry
