Defenders of Udrend

The ruling council made up of the strongest among the clan leaders from across the Udrendi Frostlands. Clan leaders that are strong enough to sit among the Defenders of Udrend meet yearly at the Stone of the Defenders - Shrine to discuss all of Udrend. They still do this now that they are an imperial state and the Vulanti Empire is actually very supportive of them continuing their customs as long as they follow core imperial laws.
