Uthal Kalolathi

A clan leader from the Udrendi Frostlands around Svenjavik. He is one of the clan leads that is strong enough to sit among the Defenders of Udrend who met yearly at the Stone of the Defenders - Shrine to discuss all of Udrend. They still do this now that they are an imperial state and the Vulanti Empire is actually very supportive of them continuing their customs as long as they follow core imperial laws.
