In Telshia, the farther you get from the center, the poorer and more run down are both the buildings and its inhabitants. Trajet Toa, even with its abject poverty, is no exception.
On the Verge is a drug den. It is located at the farthest end of the middle of the Toa. It is run by Strycin. It's a dilapidated one-room establishment with putrid pest-ridden beds, smoke filled interior. It stinks of the unwashed and forgotten.
