Half Elf
The Half Elves are the Human Elven hybrid race, this race has found a home in all the Kingdoms of Illios to the wide spread nature of Humans, The King of StormHaven has been a half elf for centuries, and it is fairly common for Half Elfs of the kingdom to be nobility due to the desire for marriage alliances between Elven and Human noble houses. Half elves can be either Wood Elf, or High Elf, and depending on the lineage the may resemble one half significantly more than the other.
Half Elves born without a rank however, often feel as being of two worlds, pure blooded elves in Av'Anloch may look down on those who have mixed blood. Of course even Pure blooded families in StormHaven may look down on a half elf.

Only half elves who are predominantly human rather then elvish can grow facial hair, as elves have none.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Dark Vision
Thanks to your elf blood, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
