The Axe Pact

Purpose

To establish the Axe Pact, a mutual alliance of the peoples of Alurephas. This Pact grants all members free passage, exploitation, and quartering in member territories. It also establishes a prohibition on underhanded actions. A defensive alliance calling all members to war if a war is declared by an outsider nation on an Axe (member of the Pact) A special session is to be convened to solve differences in the event of war between two member nations. Offensive wars can be joined but are not a requirement of the treaty.
Further additions to this document may be made by a majority vote of the signing members
