The Lizardfolk of the Scales of the Dark moon are a barbaric clan society that most civilized races had originally considered beasts more than an actual race. They at last found a helping hand in the form of the Nomads of the Hidden Moon . The tortles uplifted the lizardfolk, taught them in many of the ancient arts and ways of life that the tortle nomads ahad collected over the years.Eventually due to the coexistance of the two groups the Lizardfolk became more and more of the subservient nation in the relationship and now serves as a powerful defense for the tortles and a benefitial master of diplomacy and culture for the lizardfolk.
Religion
The Lizardfolk are most fond of Bane and Tempus. Debates and fights often arise over which one is superior. A small group of followers worship Cyric and others like Tiamat for her scales being more akin to that of lizardfolk than the other dieties.
Sects
The Siblings of Battle, Followers of Tempus, are often honorable and savage fighters. The do not consume flesh during combat. Feasting is best left to after the battle has been won.
