The Nomads of the Hidden Moon are an ancient nomadic group. They were likely the first intelligent life to settle on Laurephas. They originally hailed from the Central Steppes of Kagren and are hearty travellers.They are known for thier willingness to help people and thier gentle and quiet nature. The Nomads of the Hidden Moon often spend many long hours debating every action using the collective minds of thier wise and ancient race to pool together a decision based off of thier level headed and rational demeanor.

Funeral Pyres, sometimes loaded onto ships and pushed out to see. Varying levels of wealth are often included depending on the importance of the dead.Clothing of the People
Cloaks, shawls and headware without typically wearing much actual covering more so for decoration.Uniforms
The Tortle armies sometimes wear patches to distinguish themselves but otherwise there is not a true uniform for thier armies. Some tortles that spend thier times serving in the armies of the Scales of the Dark Moon will adopt the intricate body paint of the Lizardfolk.History
Before settling in the regions of the South West Alurephas the Tortles were nomadic tradespeople ranging the coasts of Black Waters. After the Empire uprooted them from thier homes they move to Alurephas.

- Be first to lay eyes upon the Lush valleys, the Rising of the Sun, and the distant Mountain peaks.

Worship
Most of the Nomads celebrate and worship Shaundakul, God of Trade, Protection, and Travel. They has several minor holidays and celebrations but every Tortle looks forward to the great celebration of the eventual return of Shaundakul on December the 24th
